Suspension Policies and Appeal Request

If you have been suspended, be sure to read the university policy regarding suspensions and appeals.

If you have received notification that you have been suspended and you wish to appeal your suspension, please fill out the the Suspension Appeal Request form. You must complete and submit this form in order to be considered for a suspension appeal appointment.
