Alicia Blanco

Alicia Blanco holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University, with a focus on Organization, Workforce, and Leadership. With over four years of experience in TRIO programs, she is passionate about expanding educational opportunities for first generation and low-income students. 

Alicia began her career with Texas State University's TRIO Programs in Upward Bound before transitioning to Talent Search-Austin. Throughout her time with Talent Search, she has supported student recruitment, college and career readiness programming, academic advising, and program operations.  

As Interim Director of Talent Search San Marcos, Alicia looks forward to building strong partnerships, supporting students and staff, and helping more students realize their potential through education.
