Melinda previously served as the Program Director for Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math Science for the past 10 years at Texas State Technical College and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in grants administration and operations. Melinda has a passion for student success and is looking forward to working with the students, the district and staff in the Talent Search San Marcos Program.
