COE Professor Honored for Educational Leadership, Social Justice Advocacy

Dr. Khalid Arar, a professor in the Department of Counseling, Leadership, Adult Education and School Psychology at Texas State University, has been honored with two prestigious awards for his contributions to educational leadership and social justice advocacy.
He was recognized by AERA with its 2024 Social Justice "Bridge People" Award for Leadership for Social Justice Special Interest Group.
