Leia Enriquez

Leia Enriquez is a proud double alumna of Texas State University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies and a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Organization, Workforce, and Leadership, along with a certification in Corporate Communication & Training.

For the past 10 years, Leia has worked extensively with at-risk and system-involved youth, as well as young adults with autism and student veterans. She is passionate about creating supportive, accessible spaces where students can grow and thrive.

In addition to her role, she occasionally teaches first-year students at Texas State and is a dedicated supporter, alumna, and advisor to FACES (Foster Care Alumni Creating Educational Success). As a former first-generation, at-risk student herself, Leia understands firsthand the challenges many students may face, and she is committed to helping students navigate their journey and recognize their full potential.
