Important Details for Event Day
Arrival & Line-Up: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony at [Location/Room] for check-in and processional lining.
Regalia: Full academic regalia is required for all faculty participating on stage or hooding candidates.
Ceremony Slides: Graduate candidates will have custom recognition slides featured during the ceremony. Department staff will coordinate directly with students for their slide submissions.
