Instructions for Spring 2025 Graduation Application Status Review

If you completed your missing coursework at a transfer institution:

• Send an official transcript showing missing coursework completed in Spring 2025 or earlier to Texas State Undergraduate Admissions
• Verify that your missing coursework has posted to your Degree Audit
• Email Lacie Arzola no later than 5:00PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 to have your updated records reviewed

If you have pending correspondence coursework:

• Review Correspondence Studies' website to make sure that your coursework will be completed as of Spring 2025
• Verify that your grade is posted to your Degree Audit once the course is complete
• Email Lacie Arzola no later than 5:00PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 to have your updated records reviewed

If you are working to complete a grade of 'I':

• Work with your instructor to determine and complete your missing course requirements
  To receive a grade in the course, your instructor must submit the appropriate change of grade requests to the Registrar's Office
• Verify that your grade is updated on your Degree Audit
• Email Lacie Arzola no later than 5:00PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 to have your updated records reviewed
