Gail Sylvester-Conrad is a passionate Doctoral Research Assistant at CCAMPIS Texas State University, a Developmental Education candidate with a focus on mathematics, a proud International and First-Generation Scholar. As a P.E.O. International Scholar, she is committed to advancing educational access and equity for historically underrepresented communities.
Her research centers on belongingness among underrepresented minority students, particularly in academic spaces where their voices have traditionally been marginalized. Through her scholarship and practice, Gail seeks to amplify the lived experiences of diverse learners and contribute to more inclusive, supportive educational environments.
In her work with CCAMPIS, she is dedicated to supporting student parents and fostering pathways that empower them to thrive academically and personally.

Brittany Wilkinson is excited to serve as the CCAMPIS Grant Coordinator at Texas State University. A proud Texas State alumna with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences (Family and Child Development focus), she is passionate about supporting student parents as they pursue their educational goals.
With experience in early childhood education and family support across Central Texas, Brittany is dedicated to helping CCAMPIS participants access quality child care and the resources they need to thrive academically and personally.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and family time.
Brittany looks forward to connecting with student parents and collaborating with the campus community to make a meaningful impact!
