    • To help you identify the point at which you should apply for Blocks, we have developed the table below.

      However, your path to certification will differ from others seeking the same certificate.

      The Office of Educator Preparation recommends you visit with your Academic Advisor or Graduate Advisor to figure out when you should complete the application for Blocks. NOTE: You might end up applying for Admittance and Blocks simultaneously. This is normal.

  • How to apply

      1. Visit the Department of Curriculum and Instruction Blocks page.

      2. Follow the instructions on that page to apply for Blocks.

    • You will be notified of placement via your BobcatMail as soon as the process has been completed. 

      • These emails will carry detailed, time-sensitive instructions.
      • Check your BobcatMail daily, even on weekends and over holidays.
